Yes. We carefully source and pack our puja items according to traditional requirements so you can perform your rituals with confidence and peace of mind.
Do you provide complete puja kits or only individual items?
We offer both. You can choose complete puja kits for specific occasions or buy individual daily puja essentials as per your need.
How do I know which items are needed for a puja?
Each puja kit and collection comes with a clear list of included items. If you’re unsure, you can also reach out to us for guidance before placing an order.
Are the products handmade?
Many of our items, such as shola work, clay items, and decorative pieces, are handmade. Slight variations in design, color, or size are natural and not considered defects. These variations make every handmade product unique.
Will the product look exactly like the images?
Products are photographed to represent them as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, handmade craftsmanship, or natural materials.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details and complete the payment to confirm your order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept secure online payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets through trusted payment gateways.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders in serviceable locations. Additional COD charges may apply where applicable.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Do you deliver puja items to my location?
We currently deliver across India, with faster delivery in select cities. Delivery options and timelines are shown clearly during checkout.
How long does delivery take?
- Kolkata: 2–5 working days
- Rest of India: 5–10 working days under normal circumstances. Remote locations and festive periods may take up to 15–20 working days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (as per current offers).
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email/WhatsApp. You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.
Why is shipping charge high for some items?
Some items require larger packaging for safe delivery. In such cases, shipping is calculated based on volumetric weight.

Yes. You can enter a different shipping address during checkout and have the order delivered directly to your family or friends.

Yes, it is required for any return or refund request to ensure fair handling and avoid misuse.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval and are credited to the original payment method.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are possible in certain cases. However, shipping charges may apply if the exchange is not due to our error.
What if I enter the wrong address?
If the order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be re-dispatched.
